Manchester-based corporate finance firm Cole Associates is pleased to announce legal completion of the sale of Blackpool-based Aerolux Ltd to Italian conglomerate Zoppas Industries. We advised the owner of Aerolux, Jane Robinson on the sale process, which completed on 1st August 2025.
